GRAIN-O-MATIC UNLOADER

The GRAIN-0-MATIC is not an ordinary auger unloader... not the kind with a sweep auger that just empties the structure when the grain level is low.

The tapered sweep auger in our unloader is continually driven around the bottom of the silo while in operation. It drops feed into the "positive flow" hopper a the center, where spinning paddles cycle the material into the exit auger. Grain does not just feed down trough a center "chimney" when you feed out as with some high-moisture grain unloaders. Grain is less likely to harden near the structure floor.
